About our CEO
Lena Jackson is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), a seasoned Job Search Strategist and Career Coach with over a decade’s worth of human resources, vocational planning and career development experience. She has helped THOUSANDS of people through personalized resume writing, career coaching and job search training services. She strives to help each client quickly get unstuck in their careers and find new jobs, FASTER!

Prior to founding The Resume Fix in 2011, Lena spent 20+ years in corporate America, serving in various leadership capacities, continuously working her way up the ladder to better serve her employees and clients alike. She has hired, trained and developed staff across numerous industries and is passionate about helping people find jobs that are aligned with their aspirations and dreams.
 
Lena is committed to helping her clients navigate their job search journeys by way of custom resume writing and career coaching services where she provides expert advice that takes each client to the next level. She’d love to help you too!

Crafting professional career documents, including resumes, biographies, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, is Hafe’s specialty and her passion lies in helping others succeed. Hafe is dedicated to creating documents that make our clients shine. With her, it's not just about writing resumes – it's about helping people tell their professional stories in the best possible way. Hafe's approach is all about tailoring each piece to highlight the unique strengths and experiences of our clients while making sure they meet the standards of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). She leverages her excellent writing, proofreading, copyediting, and knowledge of different writing styles to provide error-free documents. Recognized for her exceptional work ethic and dedication to client satisfaction, Hafe has received multiple accolades for her professionalism; she goes the extra mile to make sure our clients are happy and that their documents are spot on.

​Brian is a dedicated Coach and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and he holds certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  Brian has 20+ years experience providing career transition, career management and leadership coaching services to clients working in corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, government, and academic organizations.   Throughout his career, Brian has coached clients who have worked in many different industries and brings a wealth of knowledge to The Resume Fix team.

​With over 15 years of leadership experience, Kasia empowers individuals to thrive professionally. She holds certifications in health and life coaching from the Health Coach Institute, specializing in well-being, habit change, career clarity, and thriving at work and at home. Kasia's career spans retail, brand marketing, and technology consulting, where she has worked with a diverse array of clients in both large organizations and technology startups. She uses an empathetic, playful, and insightful approach to coaching, helping clients sharpen their focus, boost creativity, and enhance performance. Her style is simple and achievable, incorporating mindfulness and habit change strategies to navigate transitions and challenges.

Lindsay Barnett
CAREER COACH
​Over the past 15+ years, Lindsay has dedicated her career to transforming workplace cultures, leaders, teams, and individuals. She holds certifications in Integral Coaching, including ICF ACC accreditation, 360 Coaching, and is an experienced facilitator with DiSC, Insights, MBTI/Myers-Briggs, and others. Lindsay is creative and pragmatic, knowing the little things have power to make a big difference. Known for her positivity and high-energy style, clients generally walk away from sessions with Lindsay feeling more resourced in mind, heart, and body.  Coaching clients appreciate the kind way Lindsay helps them challenge certain beliefs and patterns that may be holding them back from their desired goals and relationships.  She helps her clients see their strengths and gifts to bring forth with confidence and empowerment.  As a development expert, Lindsay also has a variety of tools to share with leaders for both their own use and to leverage with their team.

Rebecca Martin
CAREER COACH
Rebecca is an award-winning career coach with specialties in public speaking and communication coaching where she has guided industry leaders to strengthen their communication skills and influence by aligning their message with body language and vocal techniques for the last decade. She successfully leads teams at law firms, startups, and corporations through interactive workshops and group coaching programs. Rebecca has also worked as a professional actress, voice over artist, and director and is a visiting professor of practice at Middlebury College. Rebecca received her master's degree in acting from The National Theater Conservatory at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and is a graduate of Middlebury College. Rebecca has also studied Psychodrama and Gestalt Therapy at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. 

Nikki Turner

Nikki Turner is a coach who helps leaders authentically navigate the dynamic and ever-changing demands of leadership, while honoring the humanity of both the leader and those around them. Believing that self-awareness and grounding are key to effective leadership, Nikki helps leaders deepen their awareness, identify current priorities, and establish boundaries to mitigate burnout risks and enhance overall fulfillment. Before embarking on her coaching career, Nikki led advocacy and community engagement in the K-12 sector and began her professional journey in the Equities Division at Goldman Sachs. She holds a BA in Psychology from Spelman College, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an M.Ed. from the Broad Center (now Yale School of Management). Nikki received her International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification from Blooming Willow, a healing-centered coaching program.
