Q – Do you offer any guarantees?
A – The Resume Fix offers a 60-day interview guarantee – If you don’t receive an uptick in interviews after we complete your documents, then we have more work to do. Our team will revise your resume at no additional charge. We are not happy, unless you are happy!
Q – What if I do not have a current resume?
A –We love writing resumes from scratch! We will ask you questions to learn as much as possible about your employment history. We will use this information as a starting point for your document and will gather any other information during the writing process, if needed.

Q – Do you write resumes for government positions?

A – The ASCII resume (pronounced "askee") is a text-based resume that can be read by any computer system - often, computer programs will distort designed/formatted resumes - the ASCII resume keeps all of the resume's information intact and in a legible format.
Q – What if I need revisions to the resume draft? How long will those take?
A –We pride ourselves on quick response times. Edits are typically returned within 48 – 72hrs of the request.
Q – When you say three rounds of edits, what does that mean?
A – When you receive the first draft of your document from we will ask you to carefully review the document and provide us with feedback. We will then make any and all edits that you want to your document, repeating this process up to three times.
