 Filler words such as "umm", "uh", etc. are quite common in everyday speech. However, such words can takeaway from the quality of your presenation. Filler words can even give the Interviewer a feeling of doubt. Fortunately, these can be avoided with some simple tricks and helpful tips; let's see how:

 Take a new sheet of paper and write "reasons why I should get my dream job" in the center, then draw a bubble around it. Write out exactly what your dream job is. Then write down these arguments, scattering them over various connected bubbles. You want to get as many reasons on the page as possible. We're trying to create in you the belief that you are deserving. Read them and say to yourself, “Yes, I'm worth it!" and see an instant change in yourself with a new sense of confidence.
