Accomplishing tasks in the first month could be difficult to answer in the interview. However, there is no need to worry because employers would understand if you have not known their procedures yet. 6. What are the challenges you lack in your previous job?
The question means, why are you leaving your current job? To answer this carefully, do not mention any negative comments that you encountered from the company. Instead, let the new company know that you have plans, and that is by being with them.
7. Anything that you want to revisit from your first interview?
The interviewer wants to clarify if there is anything that you can remember from the last interview. They want to test your ability to communicate and remember things from the latest discussion you had. Meaning, do not spend too much time pondering your previous meeting with them.
